My Colours has Disabled Fences [Xp 32]

"My Colours" seems to have even removed it from the Programs. I've removed My Colours from the computer. Now I can't even reinstall it [Fences] as it says that the executable file is disabled. How do I go about re-enabling the executable file so I can reinstall the software?
